The used data from such as post volume, channel penetration, sentiment, most discussed topics, user followers, user influence, fan page popularity, Facebook discussion dynamics is used to profile audiences, measure engagement levels and to benchmark the bank against its competition.
Benefit: Continuous, real-time feedback on corporate reputation metrics that is now tactically put to use to steer the banks marketing and advertising campaigns. Over the last quarter, the benchmark analysis uncovered 2 weak points of the banks and 1 substantial weakness of the competition.
